Shipping policy

Order processing usually takes 1 business day but orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday because our office is closed on Saturday + Sunday.  Our office hours of operation are M- F 8am - 5pm EST, however you can shop 24 hrs. a day on our website.

Order shipped using USPS priority mail usually take 1-3 business days to arrive.  Priority Express shipments will take 1 -2 business days.  

Salty Soul Girl is not responsible for lost or stollen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email: info@saltysoulgirl.com
